NATURAL COCOA LIQUOR/PASTE 100% cocoa - Quality 1

Our Natural Cocoa Paste is obtained by grinding shelled and roasted cocoa under-grade beans (nibs) into a paste 100% cocoa.

This product is also known as cocoa liquor or cocoa mass.

NESKAO has 12 000 MT/year of capacity of Natural Cocoa Paste.

Our Natural Cocoa Paste quality 2 is also obtained by grinding shelled and roasted cocoa under-grade beans (nibs) into a paste 100% cocoa, but the fineness is higher.

This product is also known as cocoa liquor or cocoa mass.

NESKAO has 12 000 MT/year of capacity of Natural Cocoa Paste.

NATURAL COCOA BUTTER

 Cocoa butter is the fat obtained by extraction (expeller extraction) from under-grade beans. 

The butter is filtered and stored in solidified form in cartons. 

June 2017, NESKAO will launch its new line of Natural Cocoa Butter 

5 000 MT/year of USP/NF Cocoa Butter mainly for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

NATURAL COCOA CAKE

Natural Cocoa cake is the residual product left after cocoa butter extraction (expeller) from under-grade beans, will be available June 2017.

15 000 MT/year of Natural Cocoa Cake.
